Blame it on the French :)

Pierre also known as Pitounet on some of the RC Forums is partially to blame for the creation of this motor. After much discussion and analysis by my french friends of the 400DH, 450TH and 450F they decided for extreme power they would like an option for 4S LiPo batteries in helicopters. Much testing resulted in this motor. It's still under testing to decide if it lives up to it's claim, but we think this motor will satisfy both Helicopter flyers on a 17-18T pinion 4S, Pylon Racers, Wings and Jets with a 7 inch prop.

450FT Brushless Motor

The 450FT is a motor capable of taking alot of Watts without burning up. It runs efficiently and drives a prop direct drive as either high speed, high thrust, or a mix of either. Setup for conservative amps and when you decide you want more speed, increase your battery capability and your propellor to take advantage of more speed or thrust. Use the charts to help setup. Keep within constraints of your battery.
